Middle School Youth Ministry
MISST ical, RSS

After much thought and reflection, we have decided to make some changes to our middle school ministry this year. In order to accommodate the busy calendars and diverse needs of 6th-8th graders, we will be moving to a two-tier program. Registration is required. Call Anne Gallagher at 334-5051 for more info on registering.

  1. MIDDLE SCHOOL SUPER TUESDAYS (MISST) are three month-long sessions, done in a youth ministry format in the chapel. MISST can accommodate large numbers of youth and will also include small group activities. Small groups will be consistent within each monthly session but will change for the next session. Youth can register for any or all of the sessions. Registration forms are available at the youth ministry bulletin board outside the chapel.

  2. FLOCK is designed as a challenging experience for youth who want to go deeper in their relationship with God and the church. Registration will be limited to 20 youth who display a strong desire to grow in their faith and commitment to attendance. Meetings will be held one or two Tuesdays a month in the youth room. FLOCK youth can also register for MISST series. Since space is limited, it is important for youth registering for FLOCK to commit to regular attendance at all the meetings.
