For Children and their families

Children's Liturgy returns to Good Shepherd!
Our first children's liturgy of the year will be held during the 9 AM mass on November 23rd. Children are invited to sing and dance for joy (and to rehearse in preparation for the liturgy) See the flyer for details or call Margaret in the Christian Formation Office, 334-3023.

All Saints Eve Mass

Join us for a special All Saints Eve mass on October 31st in the chapel at 4:30pm. All are invited to wear their costumes and be blessed before they go out "trick or
treating"

Children's Liturgy of the Word/Gather the Children

We would like to provide an opportunity for children to hear the Sunday readings at their own level during both Sunday morning masses. To do this we need a group of volunteers so that each person might be scheduled once a month. A typical 'lesson' take 15-20 minutes and training and materials are provided.
For more information contact Ada Baxter, adabax@frontiernet.net or call Margaret Churnetski at the Christian Formation Office, 334-3023 or by email, mchurnet@dor.org

Confirmation candidates who did not attend the retreat at Good Shepherd are reminded that they must attend the retreat on Saturday November 22,2008 at Guardian Angels from 11 to 3. Please bring $3 with you.
